Artist statement
My paintings begin with places, memories, and emotions that stay with me. I combine real landscapes with imagined structures, porcelain, water, and symbolic forms, building worlds that feel both familiar and impossible, layering and rebuilding the surface until the image reveals itself.
Inspired by childhood memories, burned forests, imagined civilizations, and the feeling of entering another world through painting.
